The infiltration of Protestantism into the Catholic world, favored by secularism and by Freemasonry, can lead people not to believe in the real presence of Our Lord Jesus in the Holy Eucharist. This serious denial, not only theoretical but also practical, leads to serious consequences such as the following seven sins against the Holy Eucharist:
1. Not believing in the Mass as a sacrifice, but celebrating it just as fraternal banquet, as an invitation to the party and joy, not to thanksgiving prayer and penance.
2. Denying the participation to the offering of the Cross, sacramentally happening on the altar in celebration of every Mass.
3. Not believing that the words of consecration produce the true, real and substantial presence of Christ in the Eucharistic, but believing only in a symbolic presence.
4. Not caring about crumbs and fragments of the consecrated bread fallen during the celebration, no longer considering them as holy.
5. Not kneeling during the Consecration, or in front of the Tabernacle, treating the Host just as a symbol and not the true Body of Christ.
6. Judging as unnecessary the practice of receiving sacramental confession before Communion, even in a state of mortal sin, thinking that it is enough to love Christ, trust His merits and submit to the mercy of the Father. With the consequent sin of sacrilege.
7. Thinking that praying the Act of Contrition is enough to receive forgiveness of mortal sins, forgetting that Jesus told his apostles: “Whose sins you forgive are forgiven them, and whose sins you retain are retained” (John. 20:23)
